Privacy Policy

When you use the contact form or the 60-second brief I collect what you type: your name, your email, your message, and the project type and timeline you pick. That is the complete list. A honeypot field (left empty by humans) guards the form against bots; it is never used to profile you.

Your enquiry is used for one thing: replying with a fixed quote and a start date. It travels through the form-delivery service straight to my inbox. I do not sell, rent, trade or share your details with anyone, and there is no mailing list to be added to. If we never work together, your enquiry eventually ages out; ask me and I will delete it the same day.

This site uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Plausible) that counts page views and button clicks without identifying you. No cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting, no advertising profiles, no consent banner to click past — because there is nothing to consent to.

Three small conveniences live only in your browser: a draft of an unfinished form, the progress of the 60-second brief, and which FAQ answers you found helpful. They never leave your device except when you submit the form yourself. Clearing your browser storage (or the Clear button on the draft banner) removes them permanently.

Booking a call happens on Google Calendar, form submissions travel through Web3Forms, and the site is served by Cloudflare. When you use those services, their own privacy terms apply to them — I keep accounts you own in your name wherever possible, so you always stay in control.

You can ask for a copy of everything I hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion — one email to [email protected] and it is done, with confirmation within 24 hours.

If this policy ever changes, the new version is posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes will never be applied retroactively to data already held.
