The Launch Plan is a one-time, fixed-scope build at $399: a premium custom website of 4 to 5 pages, mobile-first and responsive, a working contact form, Google Calendar booking, SEO with schema markup, a 90+ Lighthouse performance target, basic analytics, two revision rounds, and 30 days of launch support. You own the code.

Peace of Mind is an optional care plan at $49 a month, described in section 07. The site works perfectly without it.

Every project starts from the fixed $399 scope; anything outside it is quoted in writing before any work happens. Payment is in US dollars and the schedule (for example a deposit before kickoff and the balance at launch) is agreed in writing before work starts. No work begins before the first payment lands.

Two revision rounds are included: one on the design preview, one during the build. A revision round is one consolidated set of feedback. Extra rounds, extra pages, or new features after approval are quoted separately and only proceed once you approve the quote.

Your logo if you have one, notes about your business, and images you own or have the right to use. You confirm you hold the rights to everything you send me. Timelines assume reasonably prompt feedback — a 7-9 day build needs replies within a day or two, not a month.

Seven to nine days from kickoff is the typical runway: a private preview around day four, revisions right after, live by day nine. It is a strong target, not a hard guarantee — the real variable is how quickly content and feedback flow from your side.

Once the final payment clears, the final code and design are yours: files, accounts, domain, hosting — everything in names you control, with no lock-in. I keep the right to show the finished work in my portfolio with a link, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Peace of Mind is month to month at $49: uptime and security monitoring, form checks and delivery alerts, 2 to 3 minor content edits monthly (a minor edit is a text or photo swap under 30 minutes), a quarterly Lighthouse audit, and domain renewal handled end to end. Cancel anytime; the current month is not pro-rated. Larger changes are quoted separately before any work starts.

Every build includes 30 days of launch support: small fixes, text and photo tweaks, and questions while your site settles in. New features, redesigns or content overhauls are new work, quoted fairly — or covered by Peace of Mind within its edit allowance.

I promise the quality of the build, not specific business results. Search rankings, enquiry volume and revenue depend on your market, offer and content as much as the website. No guarantees of rankings, traffic or income are given or implied.

The stack relies on a few third parties — Cloudflare for hosting, Google Calendar for scheduling, an analytics provider for privacy-friendly stats. Their uptime and terms are their own; where possible, accounts are created in your name so nothing depends on me staying involved.

The site is delivered as-is at launch and handed over with care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, my liability for any claim relating to the work is limited to the fees you actually paid for that work. Neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential losses.
